FAQ

Common Questions

Everything you need to know about our HTTP status monitoring tool.

How often do you check my pages?

We monitor your pages every hour, 24/7. This means any status code changes are detected within 60 minutes maximum, giving you the fastest possible notification of issues.

What status codes do you monitor?

We track all HTTP status codes including 200 (OK), 301/302 (redirects), 404 (not found), 500 (server error), 503 (service unavailable), and any other codes your pages might return.

Can I get Slack notifications?

Yes! You can configure Slack webhook URLs for each monitor. When a status code changes, you'll get instant notifications in your Slack channels with full context about what changed.

How many URLs can I monitor?

The number of URLs depends on your plan. Our Starter plan includes 100 URLs, Pro includes 250 URLs, and Enterprise includes 500 URLs. You can monitor unlimited websites on all plans.

Do you store the history of status changes?

Yes, we keep a complete timeline of all status code changes for each monitored URL. You can see when pages went down, came back up, or changed redirects with exact timestamps.

What's the difference from uptime monitoring?

Traditional uptime monitoring just checks if a server responds. We specifically monitor HTTP status codes, which means we catch issues like 404 errors, redirects, and server errors that uptime tools might miss.

Can I monitor password-protected pages?

Currently, we monitor publicly accessible URLs. For password-protected pages, we recommend monitoring your login page or using our Core Web Vitals monitoring for authenticated performance testing.

Is there an API available?

We're working on a REST API that will allow you to programmatically manage monitors and access status data. Contact us if you're interested in early access.
